Her humor definitely aged thought the series which was neat to see. She’s snarky (“DO I LOOK LIKE A TACO SAUCE TO YOU?”) but not in an annoying or petty way. Her voice both when she reads and narrates the characters is perfect (tho some of the boys do sound sort of emo sometimes, but not to the point of being annoying) And the humor! Aru is my absolute favorite fictional character. I’ve been listening to these books since they first came out (2-4 times each)…i’m definitely a fan. More surprises and delights, gods and demons, and laughs and tears await in this immensely satisfying conclusion to the wild ride that began with the lighting of a lamp.
